Brighton knows how to do Halloween right; equal parts quirky, creative, and just the right amount of creepy. 🎃 Whether you’re into costume parties, ghostly dinners, live shows, or a good old-fashioned pub crawl, there’s plenty happening across the city this spooky season.

Our Halloween Bar Crawl is back, and it’s for Connected Brighton members only! 🕷️
Get ready for a night of boos, booze, and bone-rattling beats as we creep from the iconic Temple Bar through some of Brighton’s best pubs. Fancy dress is optional but highly encouraged (we’re talking full freak mode 👻). Expect eerie vibes, creepy cocktails, and plenty of laughs with fellow Connected creatures of the night.

💀 The Alchemist’s Dead Man’s Ball
📅 Saturday 25 October | 7pm – Midnight
📍 The British Engineerium, Hove
Prepare to step aboard for Brighton’s most unholy Halloween party! Hosted by Alchemist Finance Solutions, the Dead Man’s Ball promises an unforgettable night of immersive fantasy, pirate mischief, and dancing with the damned.
Expect mermaids in tanks, candlelit cabins, shanty-singing flash mobs, themed cocktails, and a feast fit for a cursed captain. Fancy dress is mandatory — pirates, mermaids, and sea-spirits encouraged.

🎩 The Whispering Imp Presents: Something Spooky This Way Comes
📅 Thursday 30 October | Shows at 7pm, 8:15pm & 9:30pm
📍 Pelham House, Lewes
Step into an evening of magic, illusion, and wonder at the stunning Pelham House in Lewes. This immersive event by Connected100 member The Whispering Imp combines bespoke cocktails, close-up magic, and a hauntingly unique show that will leave you spellbound.
Tickets are limited to just 30 people per show — so book fast before they disappear into the night!

🧛 Quizzy McQuizface: Halloween Special
📅 Sunday 26 October | 7pm
📍 The Ancient Mariner, Hove
Think you know your spooky trivia? The Quizzy McQuizface Halloween Special at the Ancient Mariner is your chance to prove it. Expect themed rounds, pop-culture chaos, and a few tricks (and treats).
Entry is just £2 per person, with a £50 bar tab up for grabs — plus the winning team gets to take home the coveted life-size cardboard cutout prize. 🎃

📍 The Chimney House, Upper Hamilton Road
After all that haunting and howling, you’ll need a proper Sunday roast to recover. Join us for a relaxed afternoon at The Chimney House, one of Brighton’s cosiest pubs, run by the lovely Sarah & Jamie.
Expect a warm welcome, local Sussex produce, and a delicious roast and dessert combo that’s perfect for post-Halloween recovery.
