Today, our guest blog comes from Jeremy Nargi of 3D Lipo & Aesthetics, a member of our C100 Business Club and a pioneering leader in the non-surgical aesthetics industry, sharing his remarkable journey from nightclub management to transforming lives through advanced body treatments.

Hello, I'm Jeremy Nargi, the proud owner of 3D Lipo & Aesthetics in Brighton (and Eastbourne).
Many of you might remember me from my early days in Brighton, working as a nightclub manager at The Event II and Orianas. From managing nightclubs across the country then launching a successful national brand of Under 18 nights which allowed me to dive into the music industry, I've had the pleasure of marketing incredible artists like Pink, Madonna, So Solid Crew, and many more. Clubs, music, and entertainment have defined much of my adult life.

About eight years ago, I stumbled upon the world of non-surgical treatments while scrolling through Facebook. A friend's post about a 'fat freeze' treatment piqued my interest, leading me to book a cavitation non-surgical liposuction session at a clinic in Marble Arch, London. The results were astonishing – I lost 17 inches overall and 6 inches around my waist! This experience sparked a new passion for non-surgical aesthetics, prompting me to transition from the nightclub & music industry to the world of body treatments.
Today, 3D Lipo & Aesthetics boasts a wide range of cutting-edge technologies and treatments tailored to people of all shapes and sizes. What sets us apart is our deep understanding of the science behind these treatments. We're not just a beauty salon; we're more of a medi-clinic. Our focus is on providing top-notch treatments while keeping costs low by operating in discreet locations rather than high-rent shop fronts. This approach allows us to offer exceptional service at competitive prices, akin to a private GP.

Myself, Maria, and our dedicated team are constantly on the lookout for the latest technologies to ensure we provide the best for our clients. We attend industry shows, follow trends on social media, and maintain strong relationships with manufacturers worldwide. As we prepare for an exciting rebrand to Jayèn Clinic later this year, we plan to launch our own skincare, training programs, and franchises, with our flagship remaining in Brighton & Hove.
Running a business like ours comes with its challenges. Being perceived as a luxury service, especially during times of financial strain, means we have to find ways to cut costs and pass those savings onto our clients. Recently, we've introduced significant price reductions to ensure everyone can still treat themselves. We also face the challenge of clients who may have had subpar treatments elsewhere. Building trust and ensuring our clients' happiness is our top priority. This is why hands-on training is crucial, and we're planning to offer physical training for new therapists next year.

For those looking to start in the industry, we're always on the hunt for new talent. My advice? Keep your overheads low and continuously learn. I design all my own graphics, website, and branding, which has been invaluable. In today's digital age, being able to make quick changes is a game-changer. I remember being the only boy in typing class back in school – now look at us all typing away!
Lastly, never be afraid to humble and reinvent yourself. The journey might be unexpected, but it's always worth it, life is full of pages, make the chapters worth reading.
