As we look back on 2025, one thing feels crystal clear, our Connected100 Business Club is full of incredible people doing meaningful, impactful work across Brighton & Hove and beyond.
This year has been about growth, courage, creativity, community and showing up, even when things felt challenging. We asked our Connected100 members to share their personal or business highlight from 2025, along with a motivational quote that inspires them, and their responses perfectly capture the heart of this community.
Here’s a celebration of just some of the brilliance within our Connected100.

Bozboz

2025 highlight:
The work itself has been a real highlight this year. Launching the new site for Action for M.E. stands out — supporting them with strategy, branding and their website has made a tangible difference to the organisation and the people they support.
At the other end of the spectrum, working with Britton & Time, one of the fastest-growing law firms in the country, allowed us to combine a confident, polished front end with serious technical complexity behind the scenes.
We’ve also seen the longer-term impact of earlier projects — including one ecommerce client who has grown from under £120k turnover to around half a million in revenue since launching their new site.
Alongside these larger stories, we’ve spent a lot of time solving everyday problems for smaller teams — often the quieter work makes the biggest difference. Winning the Mansell McTaggart website project and Brighton & Hove Food Partnership’s website were both directly helped by introductions made through Connected100.
Words to live by:
“Do great things, for great people, make some cash and have plenty of fun along the way.” — Jon Kennett (2025)

Together Co

2025 highlights:
Seeing our Connection by Letter project — which connects people experiencing loneliness and isolation with pen pals — featured on BBC One’s The One Show.
Working with businesses and an army of volunteers to pack and deliver 250 Christmas hampers to people who are lonely and isolated in Brighton, with the project also featured on ITV News.
Words to live by:
“Community isn’t built by everyone being the same. It’s built when we choose to show up for one another with compassion and kindness.”
“The world is full of kind people. If you can’t find one, be one!”
