On Monday I got invited to be part of the Heineken team event as part of the Women's Euros with pre match Fan Zone action and talks from women in sport including our very own Brighton & Hove Albion FC players Victoria, Kayleigh and Libby, before heading to the Amex to watch England v Norway.
We had were really interesting discussions on the game and how to take it to the next level for women, the barriers to get there, the player experiences and struggles of getting to do what they love - playing professional football.
Women in sport have come a long way, but there is still a way to go.
What can you do? Keep championing women in sport, keep watching, keep sharing, keep talking and keep supporting our amazing Lionesses throughout the Euros!
