Learn authentic Mexican cooking in this class by Mexican photgrapher and food obsessed member of our Connected100 club, Xav Buendia.

We will be learning how to make Lamb Birria, a traditional dish from Jalisco, the state of Tequila as well as a few versions of typical salsas with different chilies to acompany our tacos. We'll also be cooking the most delicious refried beans like Xav's grandma used to make them.

Welcome drink on arrival included. BYO advised for beer, wine and soft drinks during the class.

Given the nature of the event, vegetarian and vegan options are not available. The class is suitable for gluten and dairy intolerances.
