About the Event
Whether you're a beginner or someone with experience in Pilates, you are welcome to join these free outdoor sessions Run by Lifefit Complete, on the beach every Wednesday over July and August. Attendees just need to show up at 1:30pm. The meeting point is by the peace statue on Hove Lawns which is directly in front of Meeting Place Cafe.
The sessions are designed to help you breathe, move and feel your best.
What to bring/wear:
Yoga mat / towel
Wear relaxed clothing
Water bottle
