About the Event

We have teamed up with Julia Behrens a brilliant local Medical Herbalist for a half day back to nature Foraging Workshop in Stanmer Woods.

Let's soak up some greenery, fresh air and take a break from the bright lights of our phones and the city.

We will instead immerse ourselves in the healing power of flora and fauna to find local medicinal herbs as Medical Herbalist Julia Behrens teaches us how to identify and use the plants around us to improve our health. Lets get back to nature!

We meet outside Stanmer House at 10am.

ACCESS: Buses 78 & 79 run from the city to Stanmer House, the no 25 will take you Stanmer Park gates where you an stroll up to the house or there is ample parking. 

DIETARY: All food is veggie/vegan/GF

We will be walking through the woods, please wear appropriate footwear!
