Fins to Forks 21 June
Join this full day event, limited to 4 people, and learn how to fish and cook your catch with our host Mike from Fins and Forks. We will then enjoy a 4 course meal and Sussex wine flight together! Includes transport from the Marina, to the Cookery School and back to Brighton.

About the Event
Join Connected Brighton & Fins & Forks for their first collaboration. We have several dates available for you to sign up for an epic ‘Bait to Plate’ challenge where, working as a team we catch, prepare & cook as much of the below menu as we can before you get to sit down in our private cookery school kitchen and enjoy it as part of a 4-course meal paired with a Sussex wine flight.
The Menu... how much can we catch ourselves?
- Cold smoked Arundel trout, pickles, cucumber, dill - paired with Rathfinny Blanc de Noirs
- Buttermilk cuttlefish, house aioli - paired with Albourne Estate Sussex Rose
- Sea bass, slow cooked squid, chorizo, ink - paired with Albourne Estate Sandstone Ridge
- Banoffee meringue pie - paired with Ditchling Toffee Vodka
